E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our E-commerce Content & Catalog team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product details, is comfortable using Excel, and is eager to learn how online product listings work. You will support the team in managing product content and catalogs to ensure accurate, clear, and customer-friendly information across e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities  Assist in writing clear and accurate product descriptions for online platforms.  Update and maintain product information including titles, descriptions, features, specifications, and pricing.  Support the creation of basic product banners and images using tools such as Canva or other simple editing tools.  Upload new product listings and manage existing listings across e-commerce platforms.  Ensure product details, categories, pricing, discounts, stock availability, and publishing status are accurate and up to date.  Assist in maintaining proper category structure and product mapping to enhance customer navigation.  Learn and apply basic SEO practices to improve product visibility.  Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for content updates and approvals.  Review product feedback and assist in improving product descriptions and customer-facing content.  Support updates to FAQs, basic product guides, and customer-support content as required. Skills Required  Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.  Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (sorting, filtering, formatting, basic formulas).  Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (training will be provided).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
