Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online

marketplace presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promotions, product mapping, catalog management,

pricing strategies, and driving overall sales performance across all portals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

  • Handle end-to-end operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
  • Create, upload, and manage product listings.
  • Ensure accurate product mapping and categorization.
  • Maintain inventory synchronization across portals.
  • Monitor account health and compliance with marketplace policies.

2. Promotions & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, discounts, lightning deals, BBD, Prime

Day, etc.).

  • Coordinate with platform account managers for event participation.
  • Optimize coupons, sponsored ads, and promotional budgets.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and improve performance.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales across portals.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities through pricing, bundling, and cross-selling.• Track competitors’ pricing and promotional strategies.

4. Product Mapping & Catalog Optimization

  • Manage product mapping with correct categories, attributes, and keywords.
  • Optimize titles, bullet points, A+ content, and backend keywords.
  • Ensure high product visibility and ranking.
  • Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, and backend issues.

5. Inventory & Order Management

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock planning.
  • Avoid stock-outs and overstock situations.
  • Monitor returns, refunds, and RTO rates.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate sales and performance reports.
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, ACOS, etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and promotional tools.
  • Experience with sponsored ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
