E-commerce Executive

Job Overview

UAE based company is looking for a smart, technical, and data-driven Executive E-commerce (Fashion) to support our operations and handle delegated tasks effectively in Pakistan. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who excels at Excel/Google Sheets, has hands-on experience managing Amazon/EBAY seller accounts, and possesses a strong learning mindset.

You will work closely with the Manager to streamline daily operations, generate reports, and manage e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all tasks delegated by the Manager efficiently and accurately.
• Manage pictures and update product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Analyse sales and operational data to generate detailed daily/weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Manage seller accounts on Amazon and eBay, including listing optimization, inventory health, and order processing.
• Track store performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and assist in logistical planning.

· Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce Account Management (Amazon & eBay experience is mandatory).

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required. You must be comfortable handling large datasets.
• Language: Strong command of English (written and verbal).
