E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who can manage both the business (sales and commercial) and technical (platform and system operations) aspects of our online channel partners.This role is responsible for driving online sales while ensuring that e-commerce platforms run smoothly and efficiently, and reports to the E-Commerce Manager.

Key Responsibilities (Commercial & Technical):

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms- marketplaces, including Shopify
• Monitor online sales performance, pricing, margins, and promotions
• Upload, maintain, and audit accurate product listings, including prices, descriptions, images, and stock levels
• Support FBA and FBN operations, including coordination with inventory and fulfillment teams
• Plan and support online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers
• Ensure smooth order processing, payment flow, inventory updates, and system integration
• Track sales, website performance, and customer behavior using basic reports and analytics
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website, marketplaces, or order systems
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, IT, warehouse, logistics) to support online operations
• Handle customer queries related to online orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
• Look for opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and the overall online shopping experience
• Maintain return (RTV) records and manage reimbursement and claim submissions on marketplaces
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience and a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms including Amazon (Seller Central), Noon (Seller Lab), Sharaf DG, Carrefour, Trendyol and Shopify

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online business operations
• Understanding of both sales-driven and technical aspects of e-commerce platforms
• Comfortable working with Excel, reports, dashboards, and online tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
