Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Seller Central to manage, optimize, and scale our Amazon business operations.

This role is strictly for candidates with deep practical experience in Amazon Seller Central — not theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities (Amazon Seller Central – Core Focus) Amazon Account Management

• Complete handling of Amazon Seller Central
• Creating & optimizing listings (Single & Variation)
• Keyword research & SEO-based content optimization
• Managing suppressed listings & compliance issues
• Category approvals & ungating process

FBA & Inventory Management

• Shipment planning (FBA workflow)
• Reconciliation of lost/damaged inventory
• Managing stranded inventory
• FNSKU labeling & packaging compliance
• Handling inbound shipment errors

Performance & Account Health

• Monitoring Account Health Dashboard
• Handling policy warnings & listing suspensions
• Drafting strong POAs (Plan of Action)
• Managing customer feedback & A-to-Z claims
• Handling SAFE-T claims & reimbursements

Amazon Ads & Growth

• Managing Sponsored Products (SP)
• Sponsored Brands (SB)
• Basic understanding of campaign optimization
• ACOS, TACOS & ROI analysis
• Running promotional offers & deals

Compliance & Documentation

• Handling BIS, GST & compliance uploads
• Managing product documentation rejections
• Working with Amazon support through cases/tickets

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (Minimum 1 year mandatory)
• Deep understanding of FBA workflow
• Strong knowledge of listing SEO
• Experience handling policy violations & POAs

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in hygiene / personal care category
• Experience handling large catalog (50+ SKUs)
• Amazon A+ content knowledge
• Experience with Myntra or other marketplaces
• Basic Canva or image optimization knowledge
