Job Description:

Royal Wrist is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. This role involves managing products on WooCommerce and Daraz Seller Center, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on WooCommerce and Daraz Seller Center.
• Ensure product information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
• Handle inventory management, stock updates, and stock reconciliation across all platforms.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve fulfillment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate product, inventory, and sales records using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform regular inventory audits and identify discrepancies.
• Generate reports related to inventory, sales, and order performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Assist in maintaining organized product catalogs and categories across platforms.
• Resolve product listing and inventory-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support the team in improving operational efficiency and e-commerce processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and Daraz Seller Center.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in online retail or e-commerce environments will be preferred.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with vendors, couriers, and customers.
• Ability to resolve customer issues and manage shipping-related problems.
