Having work in Myntra ,Amazon,Flipkart,shopify,Nykaa etc

manages and grows a company's online sales and presence by overseeing e-commerce platforms, creating and executing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing sales data. Key responsibilities include optimizing product listings, ensuring a seamless customer experience, coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment, and monitoring performance metrics to increase online revenue. Key responsibilities

• Manage online sales channels: Oversee the daily operations of the company's e-commerce website and third-party marketplaces.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Create and execute campaigns across various channels like email, social media, and PPC to drive traffic and sales.
• Optimize and maintain content: Manage product listings, ensuring they are optimized for SEO and contain accurate, up-to-date information.
• Analyze performance and generate reports: Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and report on sales performance.
• Enhance customer experience: Improve user experience on the website and manage customer inquiries and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams to ensure smooth integration of e-commerce initiatives and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage promotions and campaigns: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and technologies to continuously improve strategies
