E-Commerce Executive & Indoor Sales

  • Marketplace Management – Handle seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, etc., including listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Product Optimization – Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions.
  • Order & Inventory Handling – Track orders, manage stock levels, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Ad Campaigns & Deals – Run sponsored ads, flash sales, and platform-specific promotions.
  • Performance Monitoring – Analyze platform dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) for reviews, ratings, returns, and performance metrics.
  • Lead Management: Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and convert them into sales.Identify and reach out to potential bulk buyers.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on refurbished laptop models, specs, and warranties.
  • Sales Calls: Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails, guiding clients through the purchasing process.
  • Order Processing: Take client orders, prepare quotes, and ensure accurate order details.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Negotiation: Offer pricing, promotions, and bulk discounts to close deals with clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on progress to management.
  • Customer Support: Address client questions and concerns about products or orders.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure availability and timely delivery.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in the refurbished laptop market to better serve clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
