Sales Manager - Cladding

Job Title: Sales Manager – Cladding Industry
Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 15,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead B2B sales in the cladding industry. The right candidate will have a strong client network within the construction and industrial sectors, proven experience in achieving sales targets, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and consistently achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
  • Oversee timely payment collection and credit control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of UAE experience in roof cladding, cold stores, steel structures, or sandwich panels (Must).
  • Strong client network with in-depth industry knowledge.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent.

Experience

  • Sales experience in roof cladding, steel structures, or sandwich panels: 6 years (Required)
  • Sales experience in the cladding industry: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification

  • UAE Driving License (Required)

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
