Job Summary

A leading signage and outdoor media company in Sharjah is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to head its sales division. The role requires extensive experience in signage or advertising sales, a strong client network across the UAE, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic business development, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring continuous development and high performance.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, retail, government, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing to stay competitive.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
• Ensure timely payment collection and high levels of client satisfaction after project completion.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in signage sales (indoor, outdoor, digital, wayfinding, exhibition stands, or related fields).
• Strong knowledge of the UAE signage and advertising industry with an established client base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
