E-commerce Executive (Male)

Job Description:

Ozbix IT Solutions is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring product visibility, conversion optimization, and revenue growth across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and strong coordination with marketing, design, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Daraz, or similar).
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Monitor website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for promotions, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, product presentation, and checkout flow.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in e-commerce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or in a similar professional role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with product management, order workflows, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Type: Internship (Office-based)
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays)
• Education: Undergraduate / Higher Diploma or currently enrolled students
• Location: Numaish Chowrangi, near Quaid Mazar, Karachi
