E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are urgently hiring E-Commerce Operations Manager for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across websites, marketplaces, and digital platforms
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and delivery coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely dispatch
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across platforms
• Analyze sales performance, operational KPIs, and customer behavior reports
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high service quality standards
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, deals, and online promotions
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements
• Manage vendor, courier, and marketplace relationships
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and operations reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
• MBA or relevant certification will be an advantage
• 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales management
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• Strong understanding of order management systems and logistics processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dashboards
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary: UP TO 150K
