E-Commerce Executive - TikTok Shop Specialist

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product listing, content planning, influencer collaboration, and campaign management on TikTok.

You should be passionate about short-form content, understand eCommerce trends, and know how to convert viral moments into measurable sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage TikTok Shop storefront, product listings, inventory, and orders
• Create and implement TikTok Shop campaigns, flash sales, and discount strategies
• Collaborate with influencers and creators via TikTok’s Creator Affiliate Program
• Coordinate with content teams to produce engaging short-form video content
• Monitor performance metrics (views, clicks, sales, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and maintain a positive rating
• Stay updated with TikTok algorithm changes, viral trends, and platform policies
• Report weekly sales, ad performance, and creator engagement to management

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years experience managing a TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads campaign
• Strong knowledge of TikTok content trends, creator collaborations, and product marketing
• Familiarity with TikTok Business Center, Seller Center, and Creator Affiliate tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable creating or guiding video content for product promotions
• Experience with basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.) is a plus
• Previous work with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Daraz, or Amazon is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and data-driven

Preferred Skills:

• TikTok Shop Academy or TikTok Ads certification (or equivalent experience)
• Basic knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory syncing, and shipping policies
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience managing multiple SKUs or products in a fast-moving environment

Job Type:

• Full-time (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
