Designation: E-Commerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)
Location: Kathwada, Ahmedabad
Only candidates with minimum 1 year marketplace experience (Amazon/Flipkart) should apply
Experience Required: Minimum 1 – 2 years in E-commerce operations (Amazon / Flipkart)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on skills & experience)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Dashboard

✅ Product listing creation, content updates & catalog management

✅ Inventory management, reorder planning & stock reconciliation

✅ Order processing, returns & replacement handling

✅ Daily sales report, pricing analysis & competitor tracking

✅ Deal & promotions setup (Lightning Deals, Coupons, Offers)

✅ Customer communication & support coordination

✅ Basic PPC knowledge (Preferred)

✅ Working on Excel, Sheets and marketplace tools

Required Skills:

 Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller platforms

 Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Basic Formulas)

 Understanding of FBA / Easy Ship / Self-Ship

 Knowledge of catalog, inventory & order flow

 Ability to handle returns, tickets & follow-ups

 Basic analytical and communication skills

Preferred Additional Skills: (Good to have)

 Knowledge of Flipkart Fulfillment / Smart Warehouse

 Canva / basic creative editing understanding

 Marketplace SEO (keywords, listing optimization)

 Reporting and dashboard handling
