Job Title: Finance Specialist (E-Commerce)
Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist with solid experience in the e-commerce world. You’ll handle financial operations across our online marketplaces, make sure numbers line up, support monthly closings, and help improve financial processes as the business grows.
Your day-to-day will include reconciling marketplace settlements, reviewing sales/returns data, coordinating with accounting and operations, preparing financial reports, and making sure all transactions are accurate and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations for online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Noon, etc.).
- Review and validate sales, commissions, fees, logistics charges, and return/refund transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Work closely with operations, accounting, and commercial teams to resolve discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Mandatory experience in e-commerce finance (minimum 2–4 years).
- Strong understanding of marketplace settlements, fees, commissions, and reconciliation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of VAT and basic tax rules related to e-commerce.
- Experience in fast-paced or high-volume environments.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
