We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate E-Commerce Teacher to deliver high-quality training in online business and digital commerce. The instructor will be responsible for teaching practical e-commerce skills, guiding students in setting up and managing online stores, and preparing them for real-world e-commerce careers or entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and/or online training in e-commerce concepts and tools
- Teach practical skills including:
- Online store setup (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.)
- Product sourcing, listing optimization, and pricing strategies
- Digital marketing (SEO, social media marketing, paid ads)
- Order processing, payment gateways, and logistics management
- Develop lesson plans, course outlines, and training materials
- Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, quizzes, and assessments
- Mentor students in launching real or demo e-commerce stores
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation
- Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends and teaching methodologies
- Ensure compliance with institutional or NAVTTC training standards (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or online business
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics)
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical Skills
- Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Daraz Seller Center
- SEO & product optimization techniques
- Social media and paid advertising basics
- Payment gateways and logistics workflows
- MS Office / Google Workspace
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
