E-commerce lead

We’re looking for a  motivated E-Commerce Lead  to take our online sales experience to the next level. This is a  full-time position  where you’ll manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, analyze performance data, and create strategies to drive growth and engagement.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from click to checkout — and beyond. If you love diving into data, testing new ideas, and finding smart ways to boost online performance, this role is for you.

• Manage and optimize daily online sales activities and performance.
• Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns and initiatives.
• Handle customer interactions and feedback to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Continuously evaluate e-commerce tools and platforms to improve efficiency and engagement.

• Experience:  2–4 years in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset  — comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills  — both with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Tech-savvy  — familiar with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and current digital trends.
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Independent and proactive , with a collaborative mindset and a drive for results.
