Performance Ads Specialist – Full-Time | E-Commerce & Lead Generation (2–3 Years Experience)

We are hiring a full-time Performance Ads Specialist, and a portfolio must be presented during the interview. The ideal candidate is results-driven, creative, and analytical — someone who thrives on improving campaign performance and scaling growth across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Implement and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution systems.

Develop and execute lead generation and e-commerce sales funnels.

Work closely with the creative and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media.

Proven experience managing e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.

Hands-on skills with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM.

Strong understanding of conversion tracking, budget management, and data reporting.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Portfolio must be presented during the interview.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or CRM tools like HubSpot.

Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or retargeting strategies.
