Job Title: Performance Ads Specialist – Full-Time | E-Commerce & Lead Generation (3–5Years Experience)

We’re seeking a full-time Performance Ads Specialist, and a portfolio must be presented during the interview.
This is a dedicated paid ads position — no SEO, no organic marketing — just performance-focused advertising that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage daily budgets and scaling strategies to maximize performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
  • Set up, track, and report on conversion pixels and analytics data.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance advertising or paid media management.
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics.
  • Proficiency with performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
  • Portfolio must be presented during the interview.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or HubSpot Ads integration.
  • Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel optimization.
