E- Commerce Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients for the agency’s e-commerce services. The role focuses on lead sourcing, initial outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting for the sales team. This position does not involve final sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for e-commerce and digital marketing services
  • Research potential clients such as D2C brands, online sellers, SMEs, and startups
  • Execute lead generation activities through:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold emailing
  • Cold calling
  • Online research and databases
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on relevance and readiness
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and engagement
  • Track daily activities and meet monthly lead generation targets
  • Prepare regular reports on lead performance and conversion metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales (B2B)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to research, analyze, and qualify prospects
  • Experience working with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
  • Experience generating domestic leads

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business support roles
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and agency exposure may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
