Job Summary
The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients for the agency’s e-commerce services. The role focuses on lead sourcing, initial outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting for the sales team. This position does not involve final sales closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for e-commerce and digital marketing services
- Research potential clients such as D2C brands, online sellers, SMEs, and startups
- Execute lead generation activities through:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Cold emailing
- Cold calling
- Online research and databases
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on relevance and readiness
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and engagement
- Track daily activities and meet monthly lead generation targets
- Prepare regular reports on lead performance and conversion metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales (B2B)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and qualify prospects
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
- Experience generating domestic leads
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business support roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills and agency exposure may also apply

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
