About the Role
You will spend roughly half your time managing e-commerce listings and customer messages for Yard Art Land (a steel yard art brand), and half your time supporting bid pipeline operations for TCB Metalworks (a steel fabrication shop). You'll have SOPs for everything. Your job is to run them consistently, every day.
Yard Art Land — E-Commerce (~50%)
- Create and manage product listings on Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and WooCommerce
- Generate product images using AI tools (ChatGPT) from design references
- Write listing titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for each platform
- Respond to buyer messages within 1 hour during work hours
- Handle sales: send invoices, answer questions, coordinate fulfillment
- Rotate FB Marketplace listings weekly to maintain visibility
TCB Metalworks — Bid Pipeline (~50%)
- Check government bid portals daily (SAM.gov, SIGMA, Bonfire) for steel fabrication opportunities
- Filter bid packages for relevant scope and send to our estimator
- Send outreach emails to general contractors (5–10 per week)
- Track all opportunities in a pipeline tracker
- Follow up on submitted bids
- Monitor award announcements and reach out to winning GCs when our GC loses
Weekly Output Expectations
- 10+ new live product listings published across all sales channels per week
- All buyer messages responded to within 1 hour during work hours
- Bid portals checked every workday
- 5–10 GC outreach emails sent per week
- Pipeline tracker and YAL product tracker updated daily
- Daily report sent at end of every workday
- Any blocked task must be escalated within 48 hours
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Morning: respond to buyer messages, check bid portals, log new opportunities Midday: create product listings, generate images, filter bid packages Afternoon: GC outreach, listing rotation, bid follow-ups End of day: update trackers, send daily report

- You need detailed instructions for every task — SOPs exist, you follow them
- You can't commit to US Central Time hours Monday through FridayRequirements
- Strong English writing — buyer messages, outreach emails, and listing copy must be clear and professional
- Attention to detail — incorrect listings, missed scope, or poor tracking create real downstream problems
- Reliable and consistent — same quality output on day 30 as day 1
- Self-directed — follow SOPs, handle what you can, escalate what you can't in one grouped daily message. Acknowledge important messages quickly, batch everything else.

Tech / Setup
- Stable internet connection
- Laptop or desktop capable of running multiple tabs and tools simultaneously
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, email, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, and AI tools
- VPN set to a single US location for platform access
You Do NOT Need
- Construction experience — bid filtering is trainable from our SOP
- Design skills — our CAD team handles product design
- Development skills — our dev team handles websites and tools
Compensation
- 80,000 PKR/month depending on experience
- 30-day performance review — pass/fail based on output. Success means consistent daily execution, accurate listings, timely message handling, clean tracking, and reliable follow-through.
- Paid weekly via Wise
