E Commerce Listing QA Specialist (Male)

We are looking for a meticulous and process-driven E-Commerce Listing QA Specialist to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of product listings across platforms like eBay, WooCommerce, and Amazon. The ideal candidate will have experience auditing listings, identifying issues, and working with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of content, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (eBay, Woocommerce, Amazon) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Check for and resolve listing errors including pricing discrepancies, missing images, incorrect descriptions, and keyword mismatches.
• Maintain listing consistency with brand guidelines, marketplace policies, and SEO best practices.
• Conduct competitor research to identify gaps or opportunities in product presentation, pricing, and categorization.
• Provide feedback to the listing and content teams on areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with development and support teams to flag and track technical issues affecting product visibility or functionality.
• Submit daily reports on QA status, errors found, corrections made, and listing performance observations.
• Suggest improvements to listing workflows, templates, and internal QA processes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce listing on platforms such as eBay, Woocommerce, Amazon and other platforms.
• Must have a experience in competitor analysis, including pricing, stock availability, and listing standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to quality control.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jungle Scout, Keepa, Helium 10, or similar market research platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
