E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Listing & Operations Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our product catalog on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate understands TikTok’s ecosystem, can optimize listings for visibility, and can handle daily operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize TikTok Shop product listings for maximum reach and conversions
• Perform listing SEO and keyword research tailored to TikTok’s algorithm
• Sync and update products across platforms as needed
• Communicate with TikTok Shop Customer Support for issue resolution
• Conduct product research to identify trending and high-potential items
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the TikTok Seller Center
• Manage brand and category approval processes

Requirements:

• Experience with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of listing optimization and SEO
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage technical tasks and multiple listings
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
