Job Title: CMS Specialist – Optimizely Configured Commerce
Primary Skill: Optimizely CMS Architecture, content modelling, and personalization features
Secondary Skill: .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
Location: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc
YOE: 5+ Years
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and optimize Optimizely CMS within the Configured Commerce framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, Marketing, Product) to deliver dynamic, personalized content experiences
- Design and implement reusable content models, templates, and workflows aligned with business goals
- Ensure content governance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance across digital properties
- Support integrations with PIM, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and provide training/documentation for content authors
- Stay current with Optimizely roadmap, releases, and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in CMS implementation, with 2+ years in Optimizely Configured Commerce
- Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS architecture, content modelling, and personalization features
- Experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, including Catalog management and digital merchandising
- Familiarity with .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CMS solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Optimizely certifications (CMS, Commerce, or DXP)
- Experience with multi-site Implementations
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices
