"Job Opportunity: Training Coordinator – Karachi"

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to join our training company in Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage training operations, coordinate with clients and trainers, and ensure smooth execution of all programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, and participant registrations
  • Communicate with clients regarding course details, confirmations, and logistics
  • Prepare training materials, attendance sheets, certificates, and feedback forms
  • Manage day-to-day training operations and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain records of programs, participants, and client interactions
  • Assist in marketing activities such as course announcements and social media updates
  • Provide support during onsite and virtual training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Admin/HR or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in training coordination or admin roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
