Retail Training & Development Coordinator

Job Description:
The Retail Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training programs across the retail staff, ensuring employees are well-equipped with product knowledge, sales skills, and operational understanding. This role also involves supporting training-related projects and initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share and update employees with detailed knowledge of fragrance products, including new launches, features, and key selling points.
• Ensure product knowledge is accessible and understood across all sales and service teams.
• Conduct general training sessions for employees on organizational processes, policies, and professional development.
• Deliver specialized sales training focused on upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
• Develop and implement assessments to evaluate employees’ understanding, product knowledge, and sales skills.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate and manage training-related projects, including workshops, campaigns, and skill development initiatives.
• Track project progress and report outcomes to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in training, development, or project coordination is preferred.
