Responsibilities:

• Bidding daily on Upwork using effective proposals
• Identifying relevant projects and client requirements
• Communicating with international clients professionally
• Negotiating project scope, timelines, and pricing
• Maintaining Upwork profile and proposal quality
• Tracking leads, responses, and conversions
• Coordinating with the internal team for project execution
• Achieving daily and monthly bidding targets

Requirements:

• On-site presence is mandatory (No Remote Work)
• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and algorithms
• Ability to generate quality leads consistently
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Basic understanding of IT / Digital Services is a plus
