About the Role
Utopia Deals is introducing a new role within its HR function for a dynamic and strategic Senior Learning & OD Specialist. This position is responsible for driving impactful learning initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR compliance and policy development that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments and propose learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning pathways.
- Implement blended learning solutions (instructor-led, digital learning, coaching, etc.).
- Track and report on L&D metric effectiveness and ROI.
Organizational Development (OD)
- Support culture-building efforts and organizational change initiatives.
- Facilitate team-building sessions, leadership development programs, and employee capability enhancement plans.
- Contribute to succession planning and talent management strategies.
- Develop frameworks and tools to strengthen performance management processes.
Employee Engagement
- Plan, execute, and evaluate employee engagement events, activities, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct engagement surveys and partner with leadership to devise action plans based on feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee motivation and retention.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, review, and update HR policies in line with labor laws of Pakistan and company requirements.
- Monitor compliance with HR processes, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, ethics, and compliance expectations.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for HR compliance functions.
HR Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Admin to support holistic HR initiatives.
- Provide expertise and insights on people-development best practices.
- Support the HR Head in strategic planning and organizational diagnostics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, Organizational Development, or HR roles.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing training content and conducting impactful workshops.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure program effectiveness.
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
