We’re Hiring: Sales Trainer / Sales Coach (Night Shift)

TGT NEXUS is scaling aggressively and we are building a world-class Training & Development department.

We are now hiring an experienced Sales Trainer / Sales Coach to elevate the performance of our PODs, improve conversion metrics, and build a structured training culture across the sales floor.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct daily, weekly & monthly sales coaching sessions
• Train agents on cold calling, pitch delivery & objection handling
• Build training modules for all Tiers of Sales
• Run new hire onboarding bootcamps
• Listen to calls, provide feedback & improve tonality
• Develop rebuttal mastery & closing techniques
• Train PODs on KPIs, discipline & performance standards
• Work with QA to reduce objections & rejections
• Analyze agent performance & create improvement plans
• Create training content, guides, SOPs & video modules

Skillset Required:

• Strong background in sales coaching & call center training
• Excellent command over communication & tonality
• Experience in outbound B2B calling
• Ability to break down pitch scripts & rebuild stronger versions
• Ability to motivate, discipline & inspire sales agents
• Hands-on experience with dialers, CRM & QA tools
• Experience improving SQL, submission & closing ratios
