Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional Trainer with a proven track record in training employees for cold calling, telesales, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the performance of our sales and support teams through structured training sessions, real-time coaching, and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver effective training sessions focused on cold calling, lead generation, and customer communication.
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing employees.
• Evaluate team performance and identify skill gaps to recommend targeted training programs.
• Provide hands-on call coaching, role plays, and live call feedback to enhance conversion skills.
• Develop training materials, scripts, and SOPs tailored to company objectives.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and HR to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Keep track of training metrics, progress reports, and maintain employee performance records.
• Stay updated with industry trends and modern communication techniques to keep the training content relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Trainer in a BPO, call center, or sales environment.
• Strong command over English communication and sales pitching skills.
• Deep understanding of cold calling dynamics, client handling, and objection management.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to engage, inspire, and drive behavioral improvement among employees.
