E-Commerce Live Host

Shopportunity is a dynamic and innovative live streaming app dedicated to transforming the online shopping experience, with a special focus on sample sales and outlet shopping. We specialize in live, interactive sales events that connect brands with customers in real time, offering exclusive deals on top products. Our mission is to make shopping engaging, entertaining, and personal. We are looking for a charismatic and results-driven individual to join our team as an E-commerce Live Host.

Job Summary

The E-commerce Live Host will be the face and voice of Shopportunity during our live shopping events. This role is central to creating an exciting and trustworthy environment that drives viewer engagement and sales. You will be responsible for presenting products, interacting with the audience, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for sales and a captivating on-camera presence.

Must Have Skills:

• - Punctuality and time management
• - Ability to multitask and manage a changing live environment
• - Situational responsiveness and ability to quickly correct if something is not working
• - Good written and oral communication skills (e.g. simple and effective to understand language)
• - Ability to not be flustered and maintain a steady positive attitude- Understanding of live selling through either doing it, or having watched live sale shows with a host via apps (e.g. Poshmark, WhatNot, ShopShops, Jamble)

Pay: $23.60 - $25.00 per hour
