We, ICT Tubes Private limited is looking for energetic, dynamic professionals
- Owning and managing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion
- Driving sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like Amazon, e bay.)
- Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives
- Optimising the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
- Coordinating product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing objectives
- Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
- Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools
- Handling customer service escalation protocols and ensure a consistent brand experience across channels
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Key Requirements
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have prior experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of UX principles, funnel performance, and A/B testing
- Solid grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization strategies
- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
