E-Commerce Manager

India

We, ICT Tubes Private limited is looking for energetic, dynamic professionals

  • Owning and managing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy, including website management, merchandising, performance optimization, and channel expansion
  • Driving sales performance across all e-commerce platforms (brand site, marketplaces like Amazon, e bay.)
  • Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and retargeting initiatives
  • Optimising the customer journey through continuous UX improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Coordinating product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars in alignment with marketing objectives
  • Liaising with demand planning, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy
  • Monitoring and analysing e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Overseeing platform integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools
  • Handling customer service escalation protocols and ensure a consistent brand experience across channels
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have prior experience in managing e-commerce operations or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, funnel performance, and A/B testing
  • Solid grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and conversion optimization strategies
  • You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,097.54 - ₹48,548.66 per month
