E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listing, digital marketing, SEO, and website development. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, optimize online sales performance, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Handle product listings, content optimization, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Execute and monitor SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the design and development team for website development & enhancements.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
• Ensure smooth order management, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of product listing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with website development (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) for basic creatives.
• Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, etc. – depending on region).
• Understanding of CRM, email marketing, and automation tools.
