E-Commerce Manager

We are an innovative BPO & IT outsourcing solutions provider catering to diverse industries. Our client is specialized rapid-commerce platform exclusively designed for babycare looking for a candidate to oversee operations.

Job Title: Operations Lead/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.

2. Performance Monitoring: Track operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 members to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards.

5. Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (supply chain, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.

6. Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.

7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or rapid-commerce.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership experience with a proven track record of team management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
