Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Job Description:

Aakar Intimates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance the online presence of our fashion and apparel brands across leading e-commerce platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and platform management within the apparel industry. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, optimizing product listings, and executing digital marketing campaigns to help elevate our brand presence and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Platform Management: Oversee and optimize Aakar Intimates’ presence across major e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, and others. Ensure consistent brand representation and growth in visibility across these platforms.

· Negotiation & Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with platform representatives to negotiate better terms, maximize visibility, and capitalize on sales opportunities.

· Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media) to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.

· Listing Optimization: Ensure that all product listings are fully optimized for visibility and conversion, adhering to SEO best practices and platform-specific guidelines.

· Sales Performance: Monitor, track, and analyze sales data regularly. Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

· Market Research & Insights: Utilize analytics tools to gather insights on consumer behavior, trends, and competitors, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous growth and competitive advantage.

· Promotions & Strategic Positioning: Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special offers to boost sales and improve brand positioning on e-commerce platforms.

Key Skills Required:

· E-Commerce Platform Proficiency: Extensive experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc., with a strong focus on performance optimization.

· Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate with platform representatives and secure advantageous terms for the company.

· Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding and experience in running PPC campaigns, display advertising, and social media ads to drive traffic and conversions.

· SEO & Listing Optimization: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce listing optimization techniques, SEO best practices, and platform-specific ranking algorithms.

· Sales-Driven: A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

· Apparel Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the apparel industry, with a specific focus on women’s fashion.

· Budget Management: Ability to manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
