We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online sales operations across owned and third-party platforms. The role is responsible for driving online revenue growth, managing digital sales channels, optimizing customer experience, and leading a high-performing e-commerce team within the perfume and FMCG sector.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives.
- Manage the e-commerce function as an independent revenue and cost center.
- Identify and implement digital growth opportunities, market expansion strategies, and new e-commerce platforms.
- Drive online sales growth through pricing strategies, promotions, product mix optimization, and customer retention initiatives.
- Expand global reach by onboarding new marketplaces, aggregators, and worldwide shipping partners (UAE & GCC focus).
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements related to e-commerce and customer data.
- Prepare and present monthly sales, marketing, and performance reports to senior management.
Operational Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Oversee product onboarding, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and content across platforms.
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and offers to increase conversion and average order value.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies for website development, creatives, content, and photoshoots.
- Monitor and optimize paid marketing campaigns with strict budget control and ROI tracking.
- Execute email marketing and CRM initiatives for cross-selling, upselling, and retention.
- Maintain daily and monthly operational dashboards covering sales, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Liaise with logistics, courier partners, payment gateways, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
People Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the e-commerce team with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and skill development support.
- Foster a culture of ownership, customer focus, innovation, and collaboration.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, HR, and Logistics teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Performance Marketing, or Analytics are an advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital sales management.
- Preferably from FMCG, retail, beauty, or perfume industry.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM.
- Experience managing teams, agencies, aggregators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
