E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: E-Commerce Account Manager (Amazon, Noon & Cartlow)

Location: sharjah

Salary: 3000Aed per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across Amazon, Noon, and Cartlow.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in marketplace management, product listings, advertising, and performance optimization.

This is a key role responsible for driving revenue growth and improving marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, and Cartlow
• Create and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, descriptions)
• Manage PPC campaigns and advertising budgets
• Monitor account health and resolve policy or suspension issues
• Handle pricing strategies and competitor analysis
• Manage inventory forecasting and stock coordination
• Track performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, ROAS, margins)
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and logistics teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central (required)
• Experience with Noon and/or Cartlow preferred
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and ranking strategies
• Experience running Amazon PPC campaigns
• Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to scale accounts and increase revenue
• Experience in GCC market preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Amazon PPC certification (a plus)
• Experience in private label or brand management
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
