We are seeking a tech-driven, innovative E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online platforms. The ideal candidate will combinestrategic vision with hands-on expertise in technology, AI, and digital trade practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage CMGA’s and Sakanal’s e-commerce strategy.
• Oversee online storefronts, product catalogs, promotions, and pricing.
• Drive SEO/SEM strategy and digital campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
• Integrate and optimize AI tools (chatbots, personalization, automation) to enhance user experience.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with IT, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
• Identify and act on emerging trends in digital commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom).
• Familiarity with AI applications in digital trade.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English, French knowledge would be highly valued.
