E-Commerce Manager-Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:

WBM International is looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (E-Commerce Expert) to support our online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, analyzing store performance, handling customer queries, and assisting with day-to-day e-commerce tasks across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, inventory, and orders.
• Assist in store optimization and monitor sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports on store activities and sales trends.
• Support digital marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Training: Certification in e-commerce or virtual assistance preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Virtual Assistant or E-Commerce Coordinator.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
