About the Role

We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Manager to handle our online marketplace operations with a strong focus on Amazon (80%), along with Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Amazon growth strategies, PPC ads, listings, inventory, and overall marketplace performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Amazon Seller Central: listings, pricing, catalogue accuracy & compliance.
• Create and optimize Amazon PPC ads, keyword research, and ACoS management.
• Improve product visibility using SEO, A+ content, images, and conversions.
• Monitor Buy Box, ranking, return rates, and competitor analysis.
• Handle operations across Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra (catalogue, offers, promotions).
• Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, coupons, and campaigns.
• Maintain stock levels; coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
• Generate weekly reports: sales, ads performance, inventory, margins.
• Reduce operational issues like cancellations, RTO, and listing errors.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Amazon (mandatory – 80%)
• Good experience with Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra
• Hands-on with Amazon PPC, SEO, FBA/FBM, and analytics
• Strong Excel/reporting skills
• Experience in clothing/apparel category preferred
• Good communication & problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields)
• Minimum 3 years of marketplace e-commerce experience
• Proven track record of scaling Amazon sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
