Role:

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the voice of ANNY Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth post-purchase journey for our customers.

What You'll do:

• Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media DMs.
• Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund processes in line with company policies.
• Provide accurate product and order information to assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and returns.
• Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve processes and product experience.

Who You Are:

• Female candidate with 1 - 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate should be from Fashion Industry or Fashion Education background.
• Good communication Skills.
• Candidate should be Graduate Or Diploma in Fashion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
