Job Title: E-Commerce & Marketing Manager
Location: Remote

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth of a fast-scaling premium/luxury fashion start-up. This role requires someone who can take full ownership of online sales, digital marketing performance, and long-term strategy. You must be highly hands-on, data-driven, and confident managing all aspects of e-commerce and digital marketing without relying on external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and scale the company’s e-commerce operations to drive revenue and conversion growth.
  • Oversee all digital performance marketing activities, including Meta and Google ad campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Optimise website performance, user journey, merchandising, and CRO to increase sales.
  • Manage product listings, content, imagery, and online brand presentation ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards.
  • Utilise AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and improve marketing performance.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and ongoing optimisation.
  • Collaborate with founders on long-term digital strategy and support overall business scaling initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within fashion e-commerce.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a E-Commerce Manager or E-Commerce Lead within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrable success scaling an e-commerce start-up or playing a key role in early-stage digital growth.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of AI tools and their practical implementation in marketing and e-commerce operations.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong grasp of CRO, SEO, online merchandising, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
