Growth Marketing Manager

Wooltari is seeking a senior-level e-commerce Marketing Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our K-Food e-commerce business across the U.S. This role will own Wooltari’s digital growth strategy, Shopify-based D2C operations, performance marketing, and marketing team leadership — driving scalable revenue growth across a complex catalog of 1,000+ SKUs.

We are looking for a highly hands-on e-commerce leader with deep experience managing large-scale online storefront operations, performance marketing, merchandising, and customer acquisition in a fast-paced consumer business environment.

[KEY RESPONSIBILITIES]

E-commerce growth & platform management

  • Lead and optimize Wooltari’s Shopify-based D2C e-commerce business
  • Manage and improve the online customer experience across a high-volume catalog of 1,000+ SKUs
  • Oversee product merchandising, collection strategy, promotions, and on-site conversion optimization
  • Drive revenue growth through platform-focused e-commerce strategy — not Amazon marketplace management
  • Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and site performance to improve conversion and retention

Performance marketing & customer acquisition

  • Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Manage ROAS, CAC, retention, and other core marketing KPIs through data-driven decision making
  • Develop and execute acquisition, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Optimize marketing spend allocation and campaign performance across channels
  • Prepare growth forecasts, campaign reporting, and executive performance updates

Content & brand growth

  • Lead channel-specific content strategy and campaign execution
  • Oversee social media, influencer, and viral marketing initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between brand positioning, promotional strategy, and customer engagement
  • Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to execute seasonal campaigns and launches

Team & cross-functional leadership

  • Lead and manage the marketing team’s daily operations and performance
  • Establish marketing priorities, workflows, and KPI accountability across the team
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, merchandising, logistics, customer experience, and Korea office teams
  • Support scalable operational processes for rapid e-commerce growth

[QUALIFICATIONS]

  • 5–7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, growth marketing, or digital commerce leadership
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce operations
  • Experience operating large online product catalogs with 1,000+ SKUs
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth through D2C e-commerce strategy and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual Korean/English required
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

[PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS]

  • Experience with Weee!, TikTok Shop, or other high-growth e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in food, grocery, meal kit, or consumer goods industries
  • Familiarity with retention marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle strategy
  • Experience managing fast-moving promotional calendars and large SKU environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing growth environment

Compensation & Benefits

· Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
