The Role

As our E-Commerce Marketing & Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of growing our digital sales channels. You'll manage online marketplaces, optimize product listings, run ad campaigns, and create engaging content that builds brand awareness and customer loyalty. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast-growing brand in the oral care industry.

What You'll Do

• Lead e-commerce sales strategy on Amazon, Walmart.com, and other platforms.
• Optimize product listings, SEO, and paid ad campaigns to maximize visibility and sales.
• Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams on product images, videos, and promotional content.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to drive growth.
• Support customer engagement through reviews, feedback, and loyalty programs.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of e-commerce sales/marketing experience (Amazon/Walmart strongly preferred).
• Proven success with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and digital ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and digital analytics.
• Hands-on experience with social media, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
• Creative thinker with strong communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Based in Salt Lake City, UT (preferred) or open to remote with strong communication.
