E-Commerce & Marketing Specialit

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to oversee online sales platforms, develop digital marketing campaigns, and optimize customer acquisition and retention. This role combines expertise in e-commerce operations with creative marketing execution to drive brand visibility, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Management

  • Manage and optimize the online store (Shopify or equivalent), including product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the customer journey from browsing to checkout.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, AOV (average order value), and CLTV (customer lifetime value).
  • Oversee order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, and coordination with logistics.
  • Implement SEO best practices for product descriptions and site content.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage email marketing flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, loyalty).
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with brand storytelling.
  • Work with influencers, affiliates, and partnerships to expand reach.
  • Create monthly marketing calendars and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

Brand Growth & Customer Engagement

  • Support creative content development for campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Manage customer engagement initiatives (reviews, loyalty programs, referral programs).
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify (or other e-commerce platforms).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or similar), and ad platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD600.000 - BD700.000 per month
