E-Commerce Merchandiser

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Merchandiser to manage product listings, enhance the online shopping experience, and drive sales growth on our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce operations, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver an engaging and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new product uploads, category builds, and landing pages.
• Oversee the maintenance of the product catalog and Product Listing Page (PLP) sorting.
• Elevate key stories and display products to create a relevant and engaging online experience.
• Analyze product placement and performance using analytics to maximize daily sales.
• Monitor trading tasks including stock management and SKU alternate swaps.
• Ensure content accuracy and quality across all product information, including pricing, attributes, descriptions, images, and inventory.
• Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to improve product content and user experience.
• Work with the Product team to identify key merchandising stories and seasonal business opportunities.
• Implement cross-selling and up-selling strategies to enhance revenue.
• Optimize on-site search functionality for better product discoverability.
• Execute the promotions calendar and coordinate marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Update elements of the e-commerce journey to maintain a consistent brand message during promotional periods.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising (1+ year preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, online analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Rawalpindi or plan to relocate prior to joining.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
