Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Moderator to ensure smooth operations by following up the daily operations work flow, The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by managing product listings, monitoring user interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining platform integrity. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and familiarity with e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Content Management:

  • Verify, approve, and optimize product listings submitted by vendors.
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
  • Monitor and remove duplicate, outdated, or non-compliant listings.

2. Sales Coordination:

  • Managing the sales process from vendor to customer in partnership with third-party shipping companies.

3. Marketplace Compliance & Quality Control:

  • Enforce marketplace policies (e.g., prohibited items, pricing rules).
  • Flag and address fraudulent activities, counterfeit products, or policy violations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and platform security.

4. User Engagement & Reviews:

  • Moderate and follow up on all sales operations.
  • Moderate customer reviews and ratings to maintain authenticity.
  • Encourage positive interactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Report trends in feedback to improve user experience.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

  • Track key metrics (e.g., listing accuracy, response times).
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve technical or operational issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce moderation, customer support, or digital marketplace management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Social media platforms ,Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication (English & Arabic).
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of dental equipment/medical supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£7,000.00 per month
