Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate the online store, including adding/editing products, prices, images, and descriptions.
  • Monitor orders through the Odoo ERP System from receipt to delivery, ensuring fast and accurate processing.
  • Coordinate shipping operations and communicate with delivery companies through system integration.
  • Track inventory using Odoo Inventory and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
  • Prepare sales and performance reports using Odoo modules and highlight key KPIs.
  • Supervise the website's visual appearance and content (product arrangement, image optimization, descriptions, and ensuring a user-friendly experience).
  • Support and implement promotional campaigns and offers in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the online store's user experience and optimize operational workflow.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Proficiency in Odoo ERP (Modules: Sales, Inventory, CRM, E-commerce).
  • Experience in managing online content (product images, texts, and descriptions).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Woo Commerce is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good command of English language (Intermediate level or higher).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
  • Skills in photo and video editing for product content.
  • Ability to prepare advanced reports and integrate them into Odoo Dashboards.
