E-Commerce Operation Specialist

We are looking for a "E-Commerce Operation Specialist" teammate on behalf of our consumer service business operating in the field of Telecommunication located in Umraniye, Istanbul.

Location: Istanbul

Positioning and Expectation

• Monitor E-commerce performance on products, traffic and other KPIs, identity opportunities and address challenges
• Launch, monitor and report on the e-commerce campaigns (campaign or product)
• Ensure optimal operation on the e-commerce system with efficient product and website management
• Manage Internal resources (collaborate with MKT, product team,etc) to optimize sales and performance with consistent improvement of the user journey based on daily operational experience

Capacity & Skill Requirement

• Capability in developing data-driven sales/operation strategies
• Strong professional capabilities and practical experience in campaigns and product launch
• Be responsible for the performance results of the entire domain
• Bachelor degree or above
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
