E-commerce Operational Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

E-Commerce Specialist is to oversee, grow, and optimize our online sales channels across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and social media storefronts, who also brings a strategic marketing mindset to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue for our CCTV and security technology products. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of operations, marketing, and strategy—able to both execute daily platform management and develop long-term plans to expand online sales.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

E-Commerce Operations & Platform Management

· Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, Newegg, and emerging marketplaces.

· Create, upload, and maintain accurate and optimized product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, and images).

· Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and customer feedback in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

· Ensure all listings comply with platform requirements and brand guidelines.

Marketing & Growth Strategy

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions across e-commerce and social media platforms to boost product visibility and sales.

· Optimize product listings using SEO, keyword research, and competitive analysis to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.

· Manage paid ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Google Shopping, TikTok Ads, etc.) and analyze ROI.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging digital assets — videos, product demos, and how-to content for promotional use.

· Operate and grow social media storefronts such as TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram Shop with creative marketing initiatives tailored to each platform’s audience.

Analytics & Strategic Development

· Track and analyze sales performance, pricing trends, and market behavior to identify growth opportunities.

· Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize product mix, pricing, and campaign strategy.

· Research and recommend new digital sales platforms, partnership opportunities, and automation tools to streamline workflow.

· Stay up-to-date on platform policies, emerging e-commerce technologies, and industry trends in CCTV and security solutions.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce channels in consumer electronics, CCTV, or technical products.

· Proven record of increasing sales and improving product visibility through effective marketing and platform management.

· Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and social commerce platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).

· Experience with SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and projects simultaneously.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

· Creative and strategic thinker with solid communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally in written responses to emails and oral responses to calls

· Strong presentation and interpersonal skill is a must

· Strong organized and analytical skills

· Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule and execute multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

· Ability to work under pressure

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Some domestic and/or international travel may be required

· Willing and able to work additional hours when needed

· Bend, lift, open and move product and related office items varying in weight

EDUCATION

· A bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, IT / Network, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience

· Experience in security system industry is highly desired

· B2B telemarketing experience is preferred

· Knowledge of ERP systems or integrations between inventory and e-commerce platforms.

· Experience in B2B online sales or wholesale marketplace operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
